This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use atlasnomadcampers.com, why we use it and how to exercise your rights.

Data we collect
When you send a booking request through our form, we collect: your full name, your email address, your country code and phone number, your pick-up and return dates, and your preferred pick-up location.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Why we use this data
Your data is only used to answer your request, check the van’s availability, send you the rental terms and organise your rental if you confirm it. This processing is based on your request: it is necessary to answer you and prepare a possible rental.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can access your data
Only the Atlas Nomad Campers team reads your requests. Our technical provider, Hostinger, hosts the website and provides our email service. The website and the requests sent through the form are hosted on servers located in France; notification emails are routed through Hostinger’s email service. Your data is therefore processed outside Morocco by this provider, on our behalf and according to our instructions.
Retention period
Booking requests that do not lead to a rental are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you rent the van, the information needed for the rental and its invoicing is kept for the period required by our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.
Cookies
Our website uses the pll_language cookie, which remembers the language you chose (French or English). It is necessary for the website to work, is not used for tracking and is kept for up to one year.
Advertising cookies, only with your consent. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) to find out which of our ads led to a booking request being sent or to a click to WhatsApp. Google then sets advertising cookies (for example _gcl_au, kept for 90 days) and may process this data outside the European Union under its own rules. The content of your request (name, email, phone number, dates) is never sent to Google. If you click “Decline”, no Google tag is loaded and no advertising cookie is set.
Your choice is remembered for 6 months in the an_consent cookie. You can change it at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
External services
Our website contains links to Airbnb, WhatsApp and Instagram. When you use them, you leave our website and those services apply their own privacy policies.
Security
Communication with our website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the website administration and our backups is restricted to our team.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@atlasnomadcampers.com. We will reply as soon as possible.
As COMPARE CAR SARL is established in Morocco, its processing is governed by Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP (the Moroccan data protection authority). If you live in the European Union, you may also contact the data protection authority of your country.
